The goal of this series is to give kids the vocabulary to ask for help and understand they deserve to be heard. This is also a tool for guardians and teachers to start conversations about self-advocacy. 
Meet Sadie! She is learning to navigate life following an ADHD diagnosis. After years of coping with being different and feeling misunderstood, they are finally ready to find their voice. With the help of her friends, family, and teachers, Sadie learns that different doesn't mean less than. Asking for help can be intimidating, but it is important.
